Bernie Egan (Manager/Owner)

Bernie has been working in the childcare field for many years and is a mother of four. Bernie is highly qualified in childcare with a BA degree in Early Childhood Studies and Practice from the National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG). Bernie is the Inclusion Co-ordinator for the service.

All staff members hold Childcare qualifications from QQI level 6 & Level 5. Treasures Island Preschool provides AIM assistants where required (Access and Inclusion Model is a model of supports designed to ensure that children with disabilities can access the Early Childhood Care and Education system. Staff are Garda vetted and qualified in first aid and have completed child protection training.
